Mandalay Urban Infrastructure Upgrading and Renovation Project
The Mandalay Urban Infrastructure Upgrading and Renovation Project in Myanmar is co-funded by Hong Kong Yun-Top International Investment Co., Ltd. -- the investment and financing platform set up by Yunnan Provincial Overseas Investment Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong and Jewellery Luck Group of Companies. It features a BOT-based cooperation with the Government of Mandalay City, and is implemented by M- Development City Co., Ltd..
The Project is located in Mandalay -- a core node of the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor, covering an area of 86 mu, with a total investment of about USD 108 million and a total built-up area of over 130,000m2. The Project aims at developing a modern passenger transport hub with the transport functions and supporting businesses integrated, so as to create a new passenger transport-based business circle in Mandalay. Once completed, the Project will greatly enhance the urban function of Mandalay and effectively improve its image as a city, and it will be a model for upgrading and reconstruction of the passenger transport system in Myanmar.

Upgrading and Renovation Project in Myanmar was incorporated into the list of results of the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.
